“31 day guarantee” excludes items that specifically mention that they are not covered
by the Pullmans Guarantee.
Return of Faulty Products
Products that are faulty on arrival can be exchanged or refunded with pullmans.com.au,
within 31 days. All products, unless otherwise noted, are sold with the full warranty
of the manufacturer. The warranty period and service varies from manufacturer to
manufacturer. Faulty on arrival products that are returned for a refund are refunded
the full purchase price including delivery costs.
Return of Non-Faulty Products
Products that are not faulty can be returned within 31 days of receipt. For an exchange
or refund, the products must be returned in their original packaging with all parts
and accessories. Products that have been sold on a "no return basis" cannot be returned.
Non-Faulty products that are returned for a refund are refunded the full purchase
price including delivery costs.
No Return Basis
The term No Return Basis means that a returned product will not be accepted by Pullmans
unless the product is faulty within the warranties imposed by statute and which
cannot be excluded by agreement. Products marked with the No Return Basis include:
Products marked "discontinued"
Procedure for the return of Products
All products to be returned, faulty or not, will require a Return Authorisation
Number before they can be returned. To obtain a Return Authorisation Number, please
contact Pullmans by email or by phone.
All products are to be returned as per delivery arrangements selected by Pullmans,
and must contain all original packaging and documentation. Fragile products returned
must be packaged in shock absorbent bubble wrap. Products returned by any other
means will not be accepted by Pullmans.
Pullmans reserves the right to deny replacement of goods that have been poorly packaged
and that have missing parts or have physical signs of abuse.
Returns take approximately 7 days to process from the date of receipt of returned
products (exceptions to this may occur from time to time). A re-stocking fee may
also apply to the return of non-faulty products. Unless otherwise specified, the
benefits conferred by warranties set out herein are additional to all other conditions,
warranties, guarantees, rights and remedies expressed or implied by the Trade Practices
Act.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order made with pullmans.com.au, please contact
one of our friendly customer service staff immediately. We process orders quickly
at Pullmans, so please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if
you want to make changes.
From our website we use a payment gateway provided by ANZ Bank, which uses 128 bit
SSL encryption to collect and process your credit card payment.
As your credit card is only used in the ANZ payment gateway, your card details are
not collected or stored on our website.
Pullmans Gifts and Cards is the sole owner of the information collected on this
site and we are committed to protect your privacy. We use the information we collect
about you only to process your orders, answer information requests and keep in contact
with you, we will not sell or rent this information to any third party.
When you
order we will use your information provided to process your order and keep you informed
of the progress of your order. We will keep your details in our contact database
and may send you product information from time to time or special offers. You can
unsubscribe from further mailings by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom
of all email offer communications.
Pullmans Gifts and Cards uses the ANZ eGate Merchant
Administration facility to bill users for goods and services. ANZ will not retain,
share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
